Designed to help you develop your flexibility and mobility, videos of the full workout, alongside many

other exercise routines, can be found on the YouFit EK YouTube page.

You will need:

Warm up

–Stand on your mat, legs apart, big breath in through the nose, and roll your shoulders in circles. Breathe out through your mouth.

–Draw circles with your neck again focusing on your breathing.

–Repeat both exercises in the opposite directions for 2 minutes.

–Bend your knees as much as you need to.

–Big breath in and bring your hands to your shins.

–Breath out and release your hands to your mat.
