There's a bit of a summer feeling in the air, and it looks like we might be able to see a couple of our mates again soon (albeit from a distance, but it's better than Zoom!) so this calls for a bit of a celebratory Cocktail of the Week.
Stephanie Shen, who previously blew our minds with the whiskey-based Super Split, has dreamed up a tantalizingly tropical tiki tipple with a twist - say that five times fast - this time using Opihr gin.
This is a tasty drink as it is, but you can also mix up a version without the alcohol that is extremely refreshing and great fun for kids, especially if they get to pop the flower on top!
