Non-essential shops, beauty salons, gyms and soft play centres are reopening today after being ordered to close four weeks ago.
England's second lockdown comes to an end with stores such as Primark and Zara expecting high numbers of customers.
Primark is even keeping 11 of its UK stores open for 24 hours to help manage demand.
Elsewhere, retailers such as John Lewis, Matalan, Card Factory, Disney Store and Smyths are all reopening for the first time for customers to browse.
During lockdown stores were able to stay open for Click & Collect only.
Below, we've taken a look at the opening times for retailers across Liverpool today including those based in shopping parks across the city such as Liverpool ONE, Liverpool Shopping Park, Aintree Shopping Park and New Mersey Retail Park,
Matalan
All stores across England open at 8am today
Dunelm Mill
A message on Dunelm Mill's website says: "We’re pleased to announce that our stores in England are reopening from Wednesday 2nd December with full safety measures in place, plus we’ll be extending our opening hours to 9pm for the majority of stores across the UK"
This means stores will be open 8am-9pm.
Liverpool ONE
Between Wednesday, December 2 and Wednesday, December 23 Liverpool ONE will be open for you to visit during the following times:
Monday – Friday: 9.00 – 21.00
Saturday: 9.00 – 19.00
Sunday: 11.00 – 17.00
Smyths
Stores across England open at 9am tomorrow and will be open late until 10pm. This includes Smyths' Edge Lane and Speke stores.
H&M
H&M will be open from 9.30am - 8pm today.
IKEA
A message on IKEA's website says: "We’re happy to let you know that from 2nd December we can welcome you back to all our UK stores and are looking forward to supporting you with those ever-changing needs at home."
Its Warrington store will open at 9am.
Card Factory
Card Factory is reopening today too. Its Liverpool city centre store based in Liverpool ONE will open at 9am.
Primark

Zara
Liverpool ONE's Zara store will open at 9.30am
