'Till the end' Andrea Radrizzani's rallying cry following Nottingham Forest defeat

Leeds United's automatic promotion hopes were handed another blow on Saturday after they suffered a 2-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest.

The fourth defeat in five Championship games means that the Whites remain in the top two only on goal difference and know that a defeat to fellow promotion contenders Brentford on Tuesday evening will see them drop out of the automatic promotion places.

But before the trip to west London, Whites chairman Andrea Radrizzani took to Twitter to issue a rallying cry, with the Italian insisting that he still believes in the players, Marcelo Bielsa and the club's fans.

"I understand your frustration but I have seen a big effort; credit to @NFFC defended very well and a great GK performance," he posted on the social media platform.

"We are second, 15 games to go, best result the Club has ever had since was relegated.. I believe in our players, manager and our loyal fans. Till the end MOT"

Leeds currently sit second in the table, a point behind West Brom who visit Millwall on Sunday, with Fulham level on 55 points, Forest a point back on 54 and Brentford on 53 points as we enter the final third of the Championship season.
