TikTok user explains how she bought her first home aged 22 and is now debt free

Buying your first home and being debt-free are some of the biggest goals you can achieve in life.

One influencer on TikTok has shared exactly how she’s managed to achieve both these huge milestones - including the graft she put in to own her first property by the age of 22.

The social media user, who goes by the TikTok handle nenashy24 and appears to live in the US, says she has worked at least five jobs during her life and even donated her eggs for £12,000 to pay for her college education.

She says she started working at the age of 13 and did “whatever I could to earn money”.

Her video was captioned: “Don’t be afraid to work!”

In subtitles that appear in the clip as she dances to music, she explained: “At 19, I donated my eggs to pay for college. At 22, I bought my first house.

TikTok user nenashy24 says working hard is the key to her success (TikTok/@nenashy24)

“I’ve worked in aviation, refinished furniture, helped launch Uber/Lyft in my city, hosted for Airbnb, worked on my family’s food truck,

“At 30, I bought my second home. At 35, I officially became debt-free.

“So when someone tells me I'm privileged, no it’s called hard work and discipline.”

In another video shared to her 18,000 followers, the influencer explained that there was one downside to all her hard work.

Working holidays, weekends, doing lots of overtime meant she missed a lot of her children's first moments - but she says it was all worth it in the end.

She wrote: "I am now financially able to go part time and spend more time with my babies."
