TikTok star: Men tell me I’m pretty, but won’t date me because of my muscles

A social media star renowned for her extraordinary strength and impressive muscles has blasted men who she claims message her saying she’s “pretty” but they “don’t like muscular girls.”

Talented weightlifter Hunter - known to her thousands of followers as ‘Muscle Mommy’ - made her feelings perfectly clear in one of her TikTok videos after she pulled a sad face while twisting her fingers into a heart shape.

Hunter then ripped the ‘heart’ apart, in a way that suggested she was heartbroken by the put down, before offering two one-fingered salutes to the camera.

The clip, which has racked up 5.2 million views and counting, was set to the sound of the T2 (featuring Jodie Aysha) song 'Heartbroken'.

However, it was clear to see that Hunter was anything but heartbroken, captioning her video “like I give a f***”.

The fitness fan - who goes by the username @musclemommyy - has since been widely praised by her followers, who love her body-positive attitude and inspiringly confident attitude to life.

Many people have been quick to remind her that those who pass judgement more likely than not feel intimidated by her incredible abilities and applauded her for not taking such criticisms too seriously, report Mirror Online.

One admiring person wrote: “My ex didn’t let me work out because he didn’t want me bigger than him…. don’t worry it’s all insecurity and laziness.”

Another said: “Hun, they just don’t want stronger girls than themselves.”

While a third remarked: “They don’t feel man enough. Their masculinity is fragile.”

Fans of Hunter's were quick to defend her body-image and her positive outlook (musclemommyy/Tiktok)

This isn’t the first time Hunter has spoken with pride about being a muscly woman, despite negative comments from trolls.

In another clip, she responded to a man who told her, “A fit woman is attractive but I don’t want her to be so fit it feels like I’m in bed with a man”, quipping: “You’ll be as strong as me one day don’t worry.”
