A TikTok mega star has helped launched an Ayrshire chain's latest mouth watering creation.
Food guru Dad the Dish paid a visit to Tempura2Go in Ayr this week in a bid to conjure up something delicious.
And the social media chef who boasts an incredible 421k followers on the video platform TikTok used his expertise as he jumped into the takeaway wing of the popular Tempura restaurant.
The whole process was captured on camera, with a clip being produced showing the star whose real name is Simon Hannigan getting his hands messy in the Beresford Street kitchen in front of boss Brandon Van Rensburg.
The tongue and cheek clip shows Simon walk into the shop and ask owner Brandon if he can "make one little thing."

The clip then cuts to the kitchen where Simon confidently announces that he's going to fill a whole pizza box to which a stunned Brandon replies, "you said one little thing."
Simon then gets to work using the trademark chicken tempura dishes the chain has become famous for.

Cajun mac 'n' cheese is first added to the box first followed by cajun chicken tempura. The chicken is then mixed with salt 'n' chilli spices before a tempura burger with bacon is made up.
Fries are then piled on top with cajun haloumi tempura added to the mix, the fries are then topped with cheese bacon and sauce and of course...more tempura.

An ode to Burns week is then piled in with tempura haggis to finish off the epic munch.
Simon then places the huge box in front of Brandon and says, "there you go mate, get this stuck on your menu."
Boss Brandon then uses the social media chefs catchphrase and replies, "yeah alright then, I will."
And Brandon has stuck to his word with Tempura announcing that from tomorrow their Ayr and Kilmarnock takeaway.
The announcement has sent mouths watering with some fans saying they want this 'every weekend'.
Dad the Dish is currently on a Scottish tour and has visited diners in Falkirk and Glasgow.
