TikTok star Anthony Barajas has died after a fatal cinema shooting in which his date also died in front of him.
He been on life support in hospital since the shooting on Monday before passing away on Saturday, aged just 19.
Anthony was shot in the eye and TMZ has reported that authorities have a suspect, who they say is facing multiple charges.
Anthony had grown a huge fanbase on TikTok, under the name itsanthonymichael, with almost a million followers.
The social media influencer's date, 18-year-old Rylee Goodrich, was shot in the head and died instantly in the incident, which happened at a cinema in Corona, California.
Authorities have reportedly said that the shooting seems to have been unprovoked with their suspect having no connection to Anthony or Rylee.
Corona police said in a statement on Saturday: "The Corona Police Department has been notified that Anthony Barajas passed away early this morning. We extend our thoughts and condolences to his family and friends.”
A GoFundMe for Anthony raised over $74,000 to cover medical fees, nearly trebling its original goal, after it was started by Barajas' family.
The fund's organiser, Julia Barajas, wrote: "Anthony was the light of so many peoples [sic] lives and there are tough times ahead, but we have amazing family and friends to get through this."
Anthony's content includes clips documenting family holidays and comedy skits as well as reflections on past relationships and videos of him hanging out with friends.
In his last video, posted a couple of days before the shooting, Anthony said he was on vacation with his family and jokingly interviewed all of his family members about how the vacation was going.
