TikTok pasta recipe by Belfast man goes viral with over 1.6M views

A Belfast food blogger's pasta recipe has gone viral with over 1.6M views.

Nathan Anthony used lockdown last year to help us spruce up our meals and began sharing some cooking top tips on Instagram.

Since then he has taken to TikTok with tasty recipe inspiration which is proving even more popular than before.

Nathan's slowcooker creamy chicken and sundried tomato pasta recipe has been liked over 90K times, with over 800 comments.

To begin with you will need three chicken breasts, four tablespoons of pesto, sundried tomatoes, three garlic cloves, 270ml cream and fresh basil.

Mix these ingredients together in your slow cooker and put on high for 2.5 hours.

Then add 400g of dry penne pasta, 350ml chicken stock along with 150ml milk and cook on high for a further hour.

Add some spinach at the end and mix around, and you are done.

One user commented, "OK, this looks like heaven" with another adding, "I'm defo making this."

Nathan's latest recipe on TikTok of a slowcooker honey and mustard chicken pasta is also proving a massive hit, with over 810K views in just two days.
