There are a handful of household jobs that we don't mind doing.
You might even look forward to chores like watering the garden, doing the laundry or prepping your meals.
But there are some that you will - without a doubt - put off for as long as you possibly can whether it's days, weeks or even months.
And one of these jobs is scrubbing the caked-on grease and burnt bits from your oven trays and racks.
But luckily, TikTok mum Mama Mila who has a talent for keeping her home sparkly clean has shared with her followers an easy hack that will banish the need of scrubbing.
All you will need for her scientific tip is foil, a dishwashing tablet and a hot bath.
The video starts with the trays and wire racks separated and laid out on the kitchen counter.
Mila then covers each tray and wire rack with foil so every inch is completely sealed.
She then runs a hot bath and instructs viewers to place the foiled trays and racks in the hot water, add a dishwashing tablet and soak for two hours.
She then reveals the science behind the hack, writing: "A chemical reaction between the foil and the dishwashing tablet leaves the trays sparkling (with no work)."
And she holds up one of the newly cleaned metal racks as proof.
The viral video was viewed 1.2 million times and received more than 39k likes.
Viewers were quick to jump into the comment section to share their thoughts on Mila's video.
User pynetania83 wrote: "This is how I have been doing my trays for years. Works ever time. Give it a try."
And account holder Krissy commented: "Wish I knew this before I threw them in the garden."
But others weren't convinced stating that they prefer the quicker cleaning methods that they already use.
TikTok user Marie posted: "I'd rather soak for 5 minutes in hot, soapy water and scrub 3 minutes and be done."
