Tiger Woods ties record for most PGA Tour wins ever, and fans were so fired up

Tiger Woods kicked off his PGA Tour season by winning the Zozo Championship in Chiba, Japan. Woods outlasted second-place-finishing Hideki Matsuyama and finished -18 for the tournament.

It was Woods’ 82nd career PGA Tour win, which ties Sam Snead for the most PGA Tour wins of all time.

It was a dominant performance from the 43-year-old Woods, as he got off to a hot start and rode it throughout the weekend. The tournament had to delay its finish until Monday morning in Japan due to inclement weather, but Woods took care of business under blue skies and closed out the tournament. He finished with a birdie.

A lot of people were fired up for the history-making win.
