Tiger Woods’ first public picture since his car crash features crutches, a walking boot, and his dog

It’s been two months to the day since Tiger Woods was injured in a single-car crash in California. On Friday, Woods posted on Instagram his first public picture since the crash, featuring a short update about his recovery, with Woods using crutches and sporting a walking boot… and also his dog is there!

The caption, while short, gives a bit of a glimpse into Woods’ recovery these last few months alongside a lighthearted message. Plus of course, his dog Bugs stars in the photo as well, with the two standing upon Woods’ golf course.

“My course is coming along faster than I am,” the post from Woods reads. “But it’s nice to have a faithful rehab partner, man’s best friend.”

It’s great to see Woods up and about like this. This isn’t the first time the sports world has heard from Woods recently either, as he congratulated newly-minted Masters winner Hideki Matsuyama on Twitter earlier in April.

Let’s hope Woods’ recovery continues to progress positively in the months to come.
