It’s official! Tiger Woods is dating President Donald Trump’s former daughter-in-law Vanessa Trump. The golf legend, who has been making headlines of late, for his alleged romance with Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., has finally confirmed the relationship.
On Monday, Mar. 24, Tiger Woods took to his Instagram handle and confirmed his relationship with Vanessa. He dropped two lovey-dovey pictures with his lady love and announced their blossoming relationship.
Tiger Woods didn’t mince words when it came to expressing his love and affection for Vanessa Trump. In the note, that accompanied the post, Woods said, “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!”
The 15-time major winner also hinted that their relationship is quite serious. “We look forward to our journey through life together,” he said. He also asked for some privacy at this moment, “At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts.”

It was on Mar. 14, that the news of Tiger Woods ‘secretly’ dating Vanessa Trump came out. The Daily Mail reported that Woods and Vanessa Trump 'have been seeing each other since just before Thanksgiving'. The outlet quoted a source, who said, Trump often visits Woods at hi place on Jupiter Island, and spends time together. She reportedly comes over and spends the night and leaves in the morning. They weren’t living together but these visits happen more frequently - 'maybe a few nights a week'. Both Woods and Trump live just 20 minutes apart in Palm Beach, Florida.The report also said that the couple had decided to stick close to home, and 'not to make it a thing and go out in in public'.
Following the report of their ‘secret’ romance, some reports claimed that Woods was initially ‘hesitant’ to date Vanessa. As per Page Six, Woods was reluctant to date Vanessa, because he shared a good relationship with President Donald Trump. At first, Woods wasn’t sure if the new romance would affect his rapport with the President. He reportedly ‘friend-zoned’ Vanessa Trump, and they continued being friends, and had conversations about their respective kids. They apparently kept things ‘pretty platonic’ and ‘casual’. However, soon enough, both developed feelings for each other and decided to go ahead with it.
An insider, as quoted by People, said that Vanessa's ex-husband, Donald Trump Jr., is 'cool' about her new romance. Vanessa and Don Jr. divorced in 2018.
On the other hand, Tiger Woods was previously married to Elin Nordegren and got divorced in 2010. He was later linked with Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, and later Erica Herman for a while, which ended in a public breakup.
