The former world No.1 capped his incredible comeback as he claimed the Green Jacket at Augusta.
It is also Woods' fifth Masters victory but his first since 2005 - and his first Major for 11 years.
Herman watched on from the side of the course as Woods made history before giving the American a hug with the rest of his family.
Woods has been dating restaurant industry professional Erica Herman, who managed his pop-up restaurant in Florida, since September 2017.

They were first seen together as a couple during the Presidents' Cup in October, where Herman was seen sporting a "player and spouse" badge reserved for wives and girlfriends of players, and they went public with their relationship a month later.
Following the confirmation of their relationship, some reports suggested that the she had been hoping to date the pro golfer for around 10 years.
Herman has since been a regular presence in Woods' camp during tournaments and has been credited as helping his return to form.

Woods famously divorced from wife Elin Nordegren in 2010 after a number of the golf star's infidelities were made public.
Since their split, he has dated a number of women, including Olympic gold medallist skier Lindsey Vonn.
Woods was congratulated by his family members after celebrating victory at Augusta.
Woods immediately celebrated with son Charlie Axel and daughter Sam Alexis, as well as his mother.
The Augusta crowd chanted 'Tiger, Tiger, Tiger' as he made his way back to the clubhouse before being congratulated by his fellow golfers.
On his children being there, Woods said: "To have my kids there, it's come full circle.
"My dad was here in 1997 and now I'm the dad with two kids there."
