Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning beat Phil Mickelson and Tom Brady in the second edition of The Match on Sunday.
Mickelson won the first charity exhibition between the pair in 2018, but Woods levelled up the scoring this time round thanks to a narrow one shot win.
Both players were joined by NFL quarterback greats, as Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Tom Brady teamed up with Mickelson, while the retired Peyton Manning partnered Woods.
A late error from Brady proved costly as the still active star ended on the losing side.
WarnerMedia and the players pledged a combined total of $10million for charities working in aid of the coronavirus relief effort, with more money expected to be raised off the back of the event.
Woods held the advantage going into the 2020 edition, dubbed Champions for Charity, as he is a member at the Medalist Golf Club in Florida, which hosted the behind-closed-doors contest.
The players weathered a heavy downfall of rain as they were met with wet conditions early on, as the first nine holes were scored on a best ball format, followed by an alternate shot on the back nine.
Woods had a chance to edge into the lead on the second, dropping a putt just short which would have landed the birdie, meaning the sides tied for the second hole in succession.
Him and Manning soon had their noses in front however, as Woods made the most of his home advantage on the third hole by sinking a birdie while Mickelson bogied.
Woods birdied again take hole four, before Manning repeated the trick to put them three-up going into hole seven.
Holes were then halved before Woods and Manning were 2 up heading to the 12th.
The rain then appeared once again before Mickelson and Brady cut the deficit to one following the 14th.
Mickelson and Woods both recorded birdies to ensure the foursome headed to the 17th with Woods and Manning 1 up.
Brady missed a golden chance to level things up heading into the last but sent his putt wide and it proved costly as Woods and Manning held on.
