Tim Stark has blasted hit Netflix series Tiger King for ruining his life after producers chose to portray him as "another psycho idiot that had animals".
The former Wildlife In Need zoo owner was the main focus point in the second series of the popular documentary, taking over from first series stars Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin.
And Tim has gone on record to slam the way Eric Goode made him look to viewers, claiming the producer and other animal rights activists had "succeeded in their agenda" to close down his sanctuary and affect his livelihood.
Tim didn't hold back as he lambasted the "s***show" offered up on screen. He admitted he was originally excited by the project as he had hoped to tell a different story, but now believes he was simply used as an "example" by producers who he alleges had to fulfil contractual agreements.
Speaking to The Mirror, Tim said: "You try to trust people. You're kind of excited about what is happening and think 'what the hell, I'll show my life'.
"But they have a way of brainf***ing you and telling you what to do to try to make you be the character they want you to be."
And he believes there lies their mistake as he plans to fight his corner in a bid to clear his name.
"They were paying you to be a character," he continued. "But I wasn't under contract. So if I wasn't under contract for Tiger King 1, that means I shouldn't have been shown in Tiger King 2 either."
He claimed: "They used me just to destroy me. They were under a contract for Tiger King and had to produce a Tiger King 2 and since they already had me on a lot of footage, they decided to use me to show, you know, 'another psycho idiot that had animals'."
He alleged cameras stopped filming him over a year before the second series and said the majority of footage came from a reporter in Kentucky who had "set out to destroy me".
Tim, who has previously represented himself in court in lawsuits against the likes of PETA, said he's "not going to shut up" as he continues the fight to clear his name against any wrong doing, but doesn't expect to ever fully rebuild his reputation.
He insisted his sanctuary was among the best around, despite claims previously made against him.
This sentiment was echoed by his long-time friend Jenn Garrett who said she had witnessed just how happy the animals were in his care. Jenn said: "I would walk around the zoo and it was incredible how the animals would react when they saw their Daddy.
"Those animals weren't abused, they were LOVED and they LOVED him back. I'm so blessed to have seen that. He's not the monster he's been made out to be. Can he be an a**hole? Yes, but wouldn't you be p***ed off and angry at the world if your entire life and identity was ripped way from you with lies?"
Tim went on to label other properties, including those owned by Carole, as "scamtuaries", saying he had rescued thousands more animals while claiming others "haven't rescued s***".
And he said that while he has lost his livelihood, it is in fact the animals who have lost out the most due to his downfall. However, he said that he will never again be part of the industry and believes he will always carry the burden from the show.
He now admits he just wants to see justice and added: "I lived my life by dedicating and donating everything to the animals. I didn't get a pay cheque from it. I donated it all back. I more or less donated millions of dollars yet somehow I still got labelled as the bad guy.
"I just want to see justice. I'll never get my name back. They've already destroyed me and ruined my name. With social media the way it is, if you Google me, I look like a piece of s***."
