Tiffany's extraordinary advent calendar will set you back an eye-watering £104,000

Tiffany & Co. has announced it will be releasing a limited edition advent calendar full of its signature jewels for Christmas - but only for one extremely lucky person.

The luxury calendar, which launches in stores in a fortnight, will contain gifts that cost between £100 and £13,000 - and come in at £104,000.

Behind every door of the four-foot-tall keepsake lies a gift presented in a famed Tiffany Blue Box, featuring everything from pure diamond pendants and the new Tiffany 1837 Makers watch, to designs from the Tiffany T collection.

But only two will go on sale around the world - and just one in the UK - which will land in Harrods on November, 9.

The calendar itself was inspired by the brand's flagship store façade, and was designed by artist and illustrator Pat Vale.

There are 24 doors and each day reveals a jewellery box tied with a red ribbon.

Available from November 9th, exclusively in Harrods, the Tiffany & Co. advent calendar starts from £104,000.

But, for those after a bit of Christmas sparkle on a lesser price rag, Missoma will also be launching a jewellery advent calendar this year.

Called the 12 Days to Shine calendar, a waiting list has already launched for the product which is priced at £395.

Luxury advent calendars - containing a gift to be unwrapped every day throughout December - have become a craze in recent years, filled with everything from jewels, to gin, festive teas and cosmetics.

Last year, Boots took the top price, after having to launch a waiting list for its No7 calendar, which reached almost 100,000 people and sold out within three day.

It's also set to make a return this year.
