Tiffany Haddish recently shared details about her second DUI arrest and the impact it had on her life. The incident occurred in November in Los Angeles, where she was found in her car in a concerning state. Following her appearance at a holiday event, Tiffany was arrested and later received a year of probation along with a requirement to complete a driver's education program.

This was not the first time Tiffany faced such charges, as she had a previous DUI arrest in 2022 in Georgia. Reflecting on her experiences, Tiffany revealed that she has been sober for over two months, abstaining from alcohol and marijuana. She attributed her decision to stop drinking and smoking to court-mandated requirements and a desire to comply with the law.

Tiffany also mentioned her struggles with endometriosis, a condition that causes severe menstrual pain, which led her to use marijuana for relief during her periods. While she acknowledged the possibility of consuming alcohol on specific occasions in the future, such as winning an Oscar or celebrating significant life events, she emphasized that she is not planning to drink anytime soon.

In her interview, Tiffany explained that she was driving while exhausted at the time of her arrest and expressed that she would have contested the charges if she had not been under significant stress. She highlighted her commitment to following the necessary protocols and tests related to alcohol consumption as part of her legal obligations.
