Tierney in, Kolasinac and Chambers dropped - The team Arsenal fans want to see vs Southampton

Arsenal are back in Premier League action after a two-week break.

The Gunners host Southampton at the Emirates Stadium as Unai Emery's men look to close the gap that is opening between the top four and the rest of the division. Arsenal are currently eight points adrift, but a couple of good results could make things look a whole lot better for the club's hopes of grabbing a Champions League place this season.

Emery finds himself under pressure after going five game in all competitions without victory, and fans will be keen to see the starting 11 that the Spaniard picks for the encounter with the Saints.

So, football.london gave Gunners fans the opportunity to have their say on the team they would like to see take to the pitch. Here is what they had to say.

Unai Emery decided to go with a back three for the first time in the Premier League this season in the defeat to Leicester before the international break, but supporters would like to see Arsenal convert back to a flat back four for the visit of the Saints.

That means Callum Chambers losing his place in the middle of defence, with David Luiz and Rob Holding the preferred pairing. Right-back Hector Bellerin made his first league start of the season against the Foxes, and fans have backed the 24-year-old to keep his place.

Kieran Tierney was an unused substitute in the last outing, but fans would like to see the summer arrival drafted back into the team, replacing Sead Kolasinac at left-back.

Unai Emery's pre-Southampton press conference

Mesut Ozil, Lucas Torreira and Matteo Guendouzi make up a three man midfield, with Nicolas Pepe joining Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in a front three.

Here is the lineup in full:

Arsenal fans XI: Leno; Bellerin, Luiz, Chambers, Tierney; Torreira, Ozil, Guendouzi; Pepe, Lacazette, Aubameyang
