Ticketmaster shares advice about event cancellations due to Coronavirus

With the news that a variety of events have been cancelled throughout the UK due to Coronavirus fears, and with travel restrictions in place throughout the world - limiting the ability of travelling performers to come to cities - Ticketmaster UK have shared advice in case an event gets postponed or cancelled.

Now, Ticketmaster have shared refund advice for ticket holders whose events are cancelled as a result of Coronavirus.

A statement on their website reads:

"We can only offer refunds and exchanges if the event itself is cancelled.

"This means it's really important to double check all the event details and make sure you're 100% happy before you go ahead and book your tickets.

"Some events might be so popular that extra dates come on sale. Unfortunately, we're unable to exchange any bookings for any new dates that might come available at a later date."
