Ticketmaster reassures customers as Manchester tickets for Red Hot Chili Peppers yet to arrive

Red Hot Chili Peppers' fans have been left in a panic after tickets for the international band’s Manchester date are yet to arrive - just 48 hours before the show.

Gig-goers have reported that their e-tickets are not yet showing in the app, which they will need to access Emirates Old Trafford on Wednesday, June 22.

Worried fans have taken to Twitter to ask the Ticketmaster customer service team for an update, as tickets to shows should be available three days before the event.

Chris Roberts tweeted: “@TicketmasterCS Hi I've booked three tickets to see Red Hot Chili Peppers in Manchester on Wednesday. Your website says tickets will be available three days before but they are still not ready? When will I have access to the tickets?”

Thomas Watson added: “My tickets for Red hot Chili Peppers on 22/6 are still not ready and it’s in 2 days.”

RobbieCallander wrote: “@TicketmasterCS when will my tickets for Red Hot Chili Peppers in Manchester on 22 June be available in your app?” While Chris Dobson said: “@TicketmasterCS - I have tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Manchester on Wednesday, but they aren't showing on my account yet. Can you help please?”

Via Twitter direct message, the Ticketmaster customer service team has directed customers to complete a form where they will be updated on the status of their order.

The message read: “The team can look into this please submit a query via the order in your account. To do this please click on the order in your Upcoming Events page, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the “Need Help With This Order?” button.

“If you can't view the booking in your account or are struggling to submit a request there, please use this link instead - https:// bit.ly/3sj4Tpb . We can’t discuss your booking via Twitter due to data protection regulations but once submitted an agent will be in touch before the event.”

After filling in the form, Ticketmaster has reassured customers that their tickets should appear in the app from 3pm today (June 20).

In an email to a ticket holder, Ticketmaster said: “Apologies for any inconvenience, I have looked into this for you and they should be available from 3pm today. If not, please reply back to this immediately.”

The LA funk rock pioneers will head to the city amid their ongoing world tour off the back of their first studio album in over six years, Unlimited Love.

Fans can expect some of the new tracks as well as their stone cold classics like Californication and Give it Away among the anticipated setlist. The band will be supported by Thundercat and A$AP Rocky and there are still a handful of tickets available to buy here.
