TI 2026 Southeast Asia Qualifier: Schedule, results, teams, format, and how to watch

The TI 2026 Southeast Asia Qualifier runs from June 19 to 23, with 10 teams fighting for the region’s sole spot at Dota 2 The International 2026 in Shanghai, China in August.

Four invited squads, headlined by regional contenders OG and REKONIX, join six teams that advanced through the Open Qualifiers in a double-elimination bracket. With only one ticket to the 15th edition of Dota 2’s biggest tournament at stake, the competition is expected to be fierce. Here’s everything you need to know about the TI 2026 SEA Qualifier.

OG enter the qualifier as one of the favorites to secure Southeast Asia’s sole spot at The International. The organization’s all-Filipino roster, led by TIMS and skem, had a strong start to the 2025-26 season, recording multiple top-six finishes at tier-one events while consistently qualifying for premier tournaments.

REKONIX are expected to be one of OG’s biggest challengers. The Indonesian lineup, featuring Fbz and inYourdreaM, has regularly competed against top international opposition and recently strengthened its setup by bringing former TI champion MinD_ContRoL onboard as a coach.

The TI 2026 Southeast Asia Qualifier features a 10-team double-elimination bracket. Invited teams OG, REKONIX, GLYPH, and Execration, along with Open Qualifier top squads Carstensz Esports and Direborn, begin the event seeded directly into the upper bracket quarterfinals.

All matches are played as best-of-three (BO3) series, except for the grand final, which is contested as a best-of-five (BO5). At the end of the tournament, only one team will earn Southeast Asia’s coveted place at The International 2026.
