Thursday’s injury report for Chargers ahead of matchup vs. Dolphins

The Chargers held their second practice of the week today in preparation for Week 4’s matchup against the Dolphins.

Here’s a look at Thursday’s injury report:

There were a handful of notable players that did not participate today.

Kicker Michael Badgley (groin), wide receiver Travis Benjamin (hip), tight end Virgil Green (groin), cornerback Casey Hayward (back), tight end Hunter Henry (knee) and wide receiver Mike Williams (back) were all non-participants.

Center Mike Pouncey also didn’t practice, but it’s because the team has been giving him the day off on Thursday’s to rest.

Today marks the second consecutive day that Hayward, Williams, Benjamin and Badgley haven’t practiced. The severity of their perspective injuries is unknown, but it’s a bit worrisome to think Los Angeles could be without some of these players this weekend.

Meanwhile, cornerback Michael Davis (hamstring) was a full participant. Davis hasn’t played the past three games, but it appears like he will be good to go for Sunday if everything holds up.

Running back Justin Jackson (calf) was a limited participant.
