After two preseason matches, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Chicago Bulls will meet in the regular season for the first time since former OKC head coach Billy Donovan took the job heading Chicago.
His Bulls enter Friday with a 4-7 record, 12th in the Eastern Conference. Their lost two losses have been tight, though, falling by a combined five points to the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers on Friday and Sunday.
They then had a long week off the court, as the Tuesday home game against the Boston Celtics was postponed and they did not have another one scheduled until Friday.
The Thunder are half a game better than Chicago, holding a 5-6 record coming off a two-game losing streak at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers.
