Thunder vs. 76ers halftime stats: Gilgeous-Alexander with 11 points, 5 assists

The Oklahoma City Thunder struggled against the Philadelphia 76ers in the first half, going into the break trailing 55-44, but two OKC players continued to play well in the second scrimmage.

Guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 11 points with five assists and five rebounds.

Center Steven Adams also continued his strong play in the bubble. Without 76ers center Joel Embiid, who was out this game due to a calf injury, Adams had 11 points on 5-for-7 shooting and six rebounds.

Adams also had a pair of very nice bounce passes to cutters, one of which was an assist, one of which resulted in a foul.

Their performances were a continuation of the Friday scrimmage against the Boston Celtics, when Gilgeous-Alexander and Adams led the team with 17 points apiece and were two of the only three Thunder players to score double-digits.

Outside of those two players, the main five Thunder players struggled to score.

Philadelphia controlled the pace of the half, pushed the ball in transition, drawing fouls and making 10 of their 23 3-point attempts.

Point guard Ben Simmons had six points, seven assists and seven rebounds in 17 minutes. Center Al Horford went 4-for-5 from 3 in the half and had six rebounds.

The Thunder, meanwhile, were still sloppy on offense in their second game back. They had seven turnovers in the half, four of which were from Chris Paul. Against Boston, Paul had only one turnover.

In 14 minutes against the Sixers, Paul had three points on 1-for-6 shooting, two assists and a pair of fouls.

Lu Dort, who started, had six points and made both of his 3-point attempts.

The other Thunder players went a combined 1-for-13 from deep.
