Dennis Schroder announced the birth of his child on Instagram Tuesday as the point guard became the third Thunder player this season to welcome in a new baby.
Schroder did not play for the Thunder Monday night against the Portland Trail Blazers due to personal reasons but he offered a clue on his Instagram page for his absence from the lineup.
Schroder announced on Instagram back in August his engagement to his girlfriend, Ellen, and the couple welcomed their newborn this week.
Schroder joined Russell Westbrook and Terrance Ferguson as the other two Thunder players to have welcomed in children this season with Ferguson also announcing his engagement, as well.
Thunder general manager Sam Presti also welcomed in twins this season.
