Thunder, Devon Hall reach two-way agreement

The Oklahoma City Thunder and guard Devon Hall have reached a two-way agreement.

First reported by Senior NBA Insider for Yahoo Sports, Chris Haynes, Hall was the 53rd overall pick in 2018.

Hall never signed with the Thunder, instead opting to play with the National Basketball League of Australia.

While playing for Cairns Taipans, Hall started in 19 games making 28 appearances. His season averages were 9.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists in 28.9 minutes per game. Hall returned to the United States in February and signed with the Thunder’s G League affiliate, the OKC Blue.

Hall is the third player from the OKC Thunder system who has taken the NBL of Australia route. Previous Thunder players who spent time in the NBL are Terrance Ferguson (Adelaide 36ers) and Semaj Christon.

Hall will join undrafted guard Luguentz Dort on a two-way deal this season and will split time between the franchise’s big league squad the OKC Blue.
