Thugs smash McDonald's windows leaving customers 'terrified' in random attack

McDonald's customers were left shaken up after a group of thugs smashed the windows of a restaurant last night.

A mum said she was "terrified" when the fast-food restaurant near Walton, Liverpool, was targeted by the gang of yobs.

Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, the mum, who did not want to be named, said she was visiting the McDonald's on Rice Lane in Walton, on the outskirts of Liverpool when she saw the damage.

She said she arrived there at around 8pm on Saturday, January 25, to see the smashed up glass.

According to her account, the damage is concentrated close to the drive-thru part of the restaurant.
