A thug brutally kicked and punched a 78-year-old woman in the face as passers-by appeared to do nothing but film the sickening attack.
The horrifying footage was captured on the New York subway and showed the elderly woman sat in her seat desperately trying to shield the man's blows.
The man continues to deliver kicks to her head and can be heard shouting: "Who the f**k you was talking to".
Just before the man walks off the train, one female passenger can he heard saying 'Excuse me', but she is ignored.
The man is also seen turning to others onboard saying: "Worldstar that" - in reference to a social media page that shares violent videos.

Police were told of the horrific attack when it arrived at the next stop, at Wakefield 241st Street, reports the Mail.
The wanted man left the train system at 238 Street/Nereid Avenue and fled on foot.
The woman was tended to by paramedics and suffered from bleeding, swelling and cuts to the face.

Police have now issued an urgent appeal to help trace the man described as African American, with a black goatee and approximately 40 years old.
The description adds he was around 6ft tall and weighed around 180lbs.
He was wearing a black jacket, black knit cap, long black and white checkered scarf, framed glasses and black trousers.

The video was first posed wot Twitter , with the user writing: "He's crazy, that's somebody grandmother. Rt and find this a**hole."
He later wrote: "For everybody asking me if this is my video. No and if I was there it was not going down like that. He was not getting away."
New York Police chief Dermot Shea said: "Individual below is WANTED for heinous attack of an elderly woman abroad a #2 train on March 10, 2019, at approx 3:10am, at the Nereid Ave Station in the #Bronx."
