With the summer coming to a close, the East Kilbride News is taking a look back at summer of the great moments from Gala Days, Fayre's and fetes around the town.
The queen and their court were mainstays of the town and the district area, however nowadays locals will have to travel to Strathaven and Eaglesham for their Gala experience.
