A holiday rentals firm is looking to recruit a thrill-seeker to test various travel adventure activities as part of a competition for those looking for their next adrenaline rush. One lucky winner will embark on the ultimate adventure of caving, kayaking, surfing, ziplining and coasteering sessions, plus a £1,000 voucher to stay in a holidaycottages.co.uk property in North Wales.
A poll by holidaycottages.co.uk found 54 per cent of those surveyed would actively pursue thrill-seeking activities when choosing a holiday. Some 44 per cent said they often participated in adventure sport, with hiking, rock climbing and canoeing the most popular activities.
The competition will offer one lucky winner, and a plus one, to embark on a series of thrill-seeking events. They will win a surf lesson at Surf Snowdonia, a coasteering session courtesy of North Wales Active, a ziplining activity at Zipworld, a kayaking session at Sea Kayaking Wales and a caving adventure at Go Below.
Not only that, but the winners will receive a £1,000 voucher to stay in a holidaycottages.co.uk property in North Wales – to properly rest and recuperate after the daily adventures. They will also write a blog for holidaycottages.co.uk’s website that documents their adventures.
All entrants need to do is visit https://www.holidaycottages.co.uk/blog/adventure-tester to enter. They will have to write up to 200 words on why they should be chosen as the new Adventure Tester and link to their social media or blog that documents their biggest adventures. The winner be selected by a judging panel and will win the exciting prize, to be redeemed within six months.
