A Hamilton driver was given a three-year ban at the town’s sheriff court last week and ordered to resit his test.
Colin Graham, 52, of Hall Street, admitted driving while unfit through drink or drugs in Argyle Drive, Hamilton, on July 9.
He also admitted failing to provide police with a blood sample.
Graham was put under supervision for two years and must attend drugs and alcohol counselling.
He will be confined to his home each night for four months under an electronic tagging order.
Graham was also fined £140 when he admitted failing to attend court in August.
