Three women in their 30s are believed to have been involved in a 'fight' outside of a Wirral school.
An appeal for information was made after upsetting scenes were captured on camera earlier this week.
The incident between the women outside St John Plessington Catholic College in Bebington, Wirral, took place in full view of children and parents at the end of the school day on Tuesday (June 29).
Unconfirmed reports said the altercation was over claims that one child was bullying another.

It was reported that teachers at the school had to intervene to calm the situation and separate the rowing parents.
The incident was captured on video and circulated on social media.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We are appealing for information following reports of disorder outside St John Plessington High School in Bebington.
"It has been reported that an incident occurred around 3pm on Tuesday, June 29, at the school gates, when an altercation occurred between three women in their 30s.
"Police and staff at the school are aware of ongoing issues between those involved, and are working together to offer support and mediation."
Following the incident, a spokesperson for St John Plessington said: “We are aware of a video circulating on social media. The incident happened outside of school on Tuesday, June 29, at the end of the school day.
"We are working closely with parents and Merseyside Police to address the incident."
