Three women believed to be a mother and her two daughters have been found dead in a residence on the Gold Coast.
Emergency crews were called to an apartment at Ephraim Island in Paradise Point about 3:30pm.
Police have confirmed the women, one in her 70s and two in their 50s, were found by a man known to them.
A police spokesman said officers were not treating the deaths as suspicious but the circumstances were still under investigation.
