Three teenagers die in horror crash after Ford Fiesta smashes into tree

Three teenagers have died after their Ford Fiesta crashed into a tree.

Police were called to Kiveton Lane in Rotherham following reports of a collision on Sunday (October 24).

Three men - aged 18, 19 and 19 - tragically died at the scene.

South Yorkshire Police say they have spoken to the families of the three men, reports Yorkshire Live.

Police have advised people to ‘stay clear of the area’ while they continue to investigate.

They are also appealing for anyone with information relating to the collision to get in touch with them.

A spokesperson for the force said last night: "We are on scene in Kiveton Lane, Rotherham after a collision in which three men have died.

"The teenagers, two 19-year-olds and an 18-year-old, died at the scene after the white Ford Fiesta they were travelling in collided with a tree at around 6pm.

"Their families have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.”
