Two men and a woman have been hospitalised and one man arrested after an alleged scrap near a phonebox in Aberdeen.
Cops were called to the city's Back Hilton Road last night amid reports of a disturbance.
It is understood that someone was stabbed during the incident at around 6.15pm.
The area was cordoned off as shocked bypassers watched the drama unfold.
Two men, aged 30 and 32, were rushed to hospital with one person arrested.
A woman was also taken to hospital with a finger injury.
A police spokeswoman said: "We received a report of a disturbance in the area of Back Hilton Road, Aberdeen, around 6.15pm on Wednesday, 2 September.
"Two men, aged 30 and 32, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
"A 40-year-old woman was also taken to hospital with an injury to her finger.
"A 30-year-old man has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing."
