Three males, including an 11-year-old boy, have been taken to hospital after their boat capsized off Nobbys Beach on Saturday.
Emergency services said the three males, aged 50, 19 and 11, were rescued after going overboard about 250 metres offshore near Nobbys Lighthouse just after 1.30pm.
All three were wearing lifejackets, police confirmed.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the patients were hypothermic. The 50-year-old injured his back while the 11-year-old suffered a leg injury.
Two were taken to John Hunter Hospital and the other to Belmont Hospital. All were in a stable condition.
The NSW Police Marine Area Command is investigating the incident.
