Three sites next to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in west Dublin have been put on the market for a combined total of €8.4 million.
The sites have potential for a total development of approximately 7.44 acres, and can be purchased entirely or in three different lots.
Lot one, which is 4.24 acres in total, is for sale for €4.7 million, while lot two encompasses 1.78 acres, totalling €1.95 million, and Lot 3 (1.42 acres) is on the market for €1.75 million.
The lots are zoned as Major Retail Centre, which means it is possible for a range of developments such as s motor sales outlet, office space, retail warehousing, a hotel, and garden centre – amongst others.
A spokesman for Savills says the area is "ever expanding", pointing to the recent development of Adamstown, Lucan and the announcement of the Balgaddy- Clonburris Strategic Development Zone.
The site is also close to Park West Business Park and Citywest Campus, and is less than a five-minute drive from Grange Castle Business Park.
