Three people, all relatives, are being charged in the death of a 21-year-old woman in a suspected "honour killing" in a village near the Palestinian town of Bethlehem.
Make-up artist Israa Ghrayeb died last month after being taken to hospital with severe wounds.
Friends and women's rights activists suspect her male relatives assaulted her over a video shared online that purportedly showed her out with a man who had proposed to her.
Palestine's attorney general Akram al-Khatiby said three of Ms Ghrayeb's relatives will be charged but ruled out honour killing as a motive.
Protesters demanding justice in the case said they were satisfied with the charges.
Palestinian women's groups said 18 women were killed this year in domestic violence disputes.
Many of the cases are suspected honour killings.
