A man has been arrested after three people were seriously assaulted in Elgin .
Police rushed to Birkenhill Woods after reports of the incident at around 9am on Monday, October 21.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested by police in connection with the incident.
The condition of the three people injured in the alleged attacks remains unclear.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Police are investigating the serious assault of three people near Birkenhall Woods in the New Elgin area that happened around 9.00am today.
“A 35-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and inquiries are ongoing."
