Three people rushed to hospital after car leaves road and crashes in Falkirk

Three people have been rushed to hospital after a car left the road and crashed in Falkirk.

Emergency services rushed to the A883 between Camelon and Denny near to Headswood Mill Farm at around 7:40pm last night, Sunday February 13.

They arrived and found a white Vauxhall Corsa, travelling east, badly smashed up.

The driver, a 20-year-old man, is in a life-threatening and was taken to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.

The front seat passenger, a 33-year-old man, sustained serious, but not life threatening injuries, and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where his condition is described as serious but stable.

A 28-year-old woman, the rear seat passenger, sustained minor injuries and was treated at the nearby Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

Sergeant David Ross said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen what happened and also anyone with dash-cam that could assist with our investigation.

"If you can help please call us on 101, quoting incident number 2935 of Sunday, 13 February, 2022."
