Three people were hospitalised after a car ploughed into a tree.
The driver of the car - a 20-year-old man - has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving.
Police were called to Ringley Road West in Radcliffe, Bury, just after 11am.

Officers responded to a collision involving one car.
It is thought the car came off the road and then collided into a tree.
Three people were taken to hospital after suffering injuries.
GMP said the driver was arrested on suspicion of drug driving offences, and enquiries are ongoing.
The road was closed in both directions for about three hours, between Elm Avenue and Wood Street.
