The body was discovered in a shallow grave on a property at Tyabb.

Homicide Squad detectives have arrested three people in relation to the alleged murder of a man found in a shallow grave in Tyabb, south-east of Melbourne, on Sunday.

Police arrested a 52-year-old man in Crib Point this afternoon, following the arrest of a 34-year-old man in Hastings yesterday and a 36-year-old woman in Hastings on Tuesday.

All three remain in custody and police are calling for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.

No charges have been laid.

Body discovered on unoccupied property

The dead man has been identified as 39-year-old Jade Goodwin.

He was buried in a shallow grave on a vacant rural property on Dandenong-Hastings Road.

The nine-hectare property had been vacant for about 12 months

Police have previously said they believe Mr Goodwin was last seen alive on October 13.
