Celtic manager Rodgers could win a treble this season after lifting the League Cup and sealing the Scottish Premiership title last weekend.
His side will face Aberdeen in the final of the Scottish Cup next month for a shot at total domestic domination this season.
Gray, meanwhile, has guided Hibs to thrid spot in the Scottish top flight despite a dire run at the start of the season.
