Three new Starbucks drive-thrus are set to open in the Glasgow area in the next few weeks as the international coffee chain continues its expansion in Scotland.
The first store will open on Dalmarnock Road, Rutherglen, today, with a further drive-thru coming to Renfrew Road, near the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in October, as well as a new unit at Hillington Business Park.
Gordon Campbell, Starbucks Operations Manager at OCO Westend Ltd, said: “As part of our expansion project bringing 11 new Starbucks stores to Scotland, we are excited to open our stores in Rutherglen, Paisley, and Hillington.
"We look forward to welcoming customers to enjoy their favourite Starbucks food and beverages.”
Meanwhile, to celebrate the opening, each store is set to offer the first 100 customers to enter the store a free reusable cup.
