Three new Metrocentre restaurants opening in December 2022

Three new restaurants open in the Metrocentre this month.

Tapas Revolution, which opened earlier this month, brings a taste of Spain to the Qube, while health-conscious Grounded Kitchen launches on December 12 and Texas' Wingstop due in mid-December.

Ben Cox of Sovereign Centros, Senior Asset Manager for Metrocentre, said: “The dining offer at Metrocentre has seen the arrival this year of Doppio Malto, cult US brand Popeyes and the Harrods Champagne Bar, and this trio of new restaurants will complement the strong existing offer.

“We know our visitors are always looking for new experiences and are delighted that we can continue to bring exclusive brands which can’t be found elsewhere in the region.”

Tapas Revolution, the first of the trio to open, serves up traditional and modern Spanish food made fresh everyday, with ingredients sourced direct from Spain. It is based in the Qube section of the shopping mall

Grounded Kitchen opens on December 12 in the Qube. It offers healthy alternatives with "fresh, feel-good food including superfood bowls, Korean Bao, ssambaps" along with desserts and drinks.

Wingstop, founded in Texas in 1994, will open in mid-December, next to Nandos in the Qube. The menu promises "big flavours", with chicken wings, tenders, burgers and platters. It has more than 1,400 locations across 10 countries.
