Police are investigating after three men attempted to drag a man from his motorbike.
Officers are appealing for information after the attempted robbery which saw the victim on a motorcycle in Penywern Road, Bryncoch, heading towards Neath at about 4.30pm to 4.45pm on Tuesday, May 19.
He was overtaken by a dark-coloured Volkswagen Golf car and three men got out of the vehicle and shouted before attempting to remove him from his motorbike.
A South Wales Police statement read: "He managed to fend them off but during the attempted robbery traffic was held up on this busy road.
"The vehicle made off and was later seen at the traffic lights at Victoria Gardens.
"We are appealing for anyone with information or was in these areas at the time and has dashcam footage to please contact 101 quoting occurrence 2000173182."
