Police have arrested three men after a man died following a fight outside a pub at Eildon, north-east of Melbourne.
Police said the man may have been struck in a fight that involved a number of people outside a licensed premises on the Goulburn Valley Highway.
The man fell and hit his head on the ground, and paramedics were unable to save him. He died at the scene.
Police are investigating, and the three men are in custody assisting with their inquiries.
