Three Manchester United players describe what Mason Greenwood is like in training

Jadon Sancho has been discussing the potential partnership with Mason Greenwood that Manchester United fans can expect to see this season.

The 21-year-old winger joined from Borussia Dortmund in a £72.9m deal this summer to form another exciting part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's new-look United attack. After impressing in the Bundesliga, Sancho has started well in the Premier League as United started their season with two wins and a draw.

But as training sessions pass and games begin to come thick and fast, Sancho has been discussing a potential partnership with another young starlet in the squad in Greenwood.

Speaking to ' UMM ' YouTube channel, Sancho said that he was excited to get on the pitch with both Marcus Rashford and Greenwood and said they're beginning to learn each other's movements.

“That’s going to be a crazy link up. Once Marcus [Rashford] gets back and obviously I’ve seen a bit of Mason [Greenwood] recently in training and he’s crazy.

"We’re still getting to know each other, obviously movements and things like that, getting an understanding but obviously it’s going to be crazy when the three of us get on the pitch.”

Defender Luke Shaw also heaped praise on the young attacker, who has scored three goals in his first three Premier League games of the season prior to the international break.

“The talent he’s got is so scary it’s unbelievable," said Shaw. "I think he’ll be one of the most talked about players in the world in the next two or three years.”

Captain Harry Maguire also believes that Greenwood has got everything to push on and become one of the best in the world.

He said: " Obviously so young, so refreshing. He’s got everything, every attribute to keep pushing on and keep improving. You’ve seen he can play down the right and down the middle as well.

“The hardest thing in training is that you can’t give him a yard. If you give him a yard it goes in the back of the net his finishing is that good. In a five-a-side drill you always want him in your team because he’s one of the top goal scorers.”
