CHENNAI: Three people were killed in road accidents at Red Hills, Tiruttani and RK Pet on Monday.
At Red Hills, the bike of Jayakumar, 40, was hit by another biker. He died on the spot. At R K Pet, Muniammal, 68, was fatally knocked down by a tractor while she was crossing the road.
At Tiruttani, one person died and three others suffered injuries when their bikes collided head on. The deceased was identified as Bhoopalan, 48, of Serukannur.
